If you would like to have your product(s) considered for inclusion in the site's database, please follow the steps below:

1. Read the database product selection criteria
   
   
2. Print or download a copy of the product questionnaire
   
   
3. Answer all relevant questions with as many details as possible. Unanswered questions will be left blank.
   
   
4. Send the questionnaire to any of the following:

5. Attach product samples and product pictures if available

On receipt of the questionnaire we will review the information provided and assess whether the product satisfies our crietria for inclusion in the site's database.
